**From Socrates to the C-Suite: Self-Awareness Still Reigns in Leadership**

After 25 years in leadership, I thought I had it figured out — until a tool showed me that even my biggest strengths were starting to work against me.

In this short video, I share the exact tool that shifted my leadership, how it helped me uncover blind spots, and how it sparked a transformation in how I lead.

If you’ve ever felt like something’s missing or like your leadership isn’t landing the way it used to, this might be the tool you’ve been looking for.
